KITE are further supported by a fully staffed Engineering Department.

Based from facilities in the UK, Canada, Venezuela and Dubai, and when required in support of our customers, these teams of Field Service Engineers can be on-site within 24 hours, anywhere in the world.

Fuel Systems Overhaul

Fuel nozzle repair and overhaul OEM approvals and technical support, the latest aeroderivative service facilities and global presence allow Score to provide for clients an unparalleled fuel nozzle overhaul service.

These unique approvals include LM1600, LM2000, LM2500, LM5000, LM6000, TB3000, TB4000, TB5000, TA1750, TA1750, Tornado and Typhoon nozzle types in dual fuel, gas only, liquid fuel, DLE and STIG variants.

Score is the only facility in the world approved by Titeflex, Parker (endorsed by GE) and Alstom for the complete overhaul of their fuel systems. Score launched the first full and complete, OEM approved overhaul for LM DLE fuel burners at PowerGen Europe in June 2002.

Capabilities also include fuel nozzles for the Olympus®, RB211®, Allison, Pratt & Whitney GG4 fuel manifolds and GE up to Frame 9.

In addition to fuel systems, Score now offers the same high quality service levels on the associated turbine bolt on sub assemblies, blow off valves, solenoid valves and fuel pumps.

Recent additions to the technology base include Dover fully computerised test stands, Lewis automated ultrasonic nozzle cleaning baths and the latest orbital rotary homogenous TIG and Electron Beam welding systems.
